Processing Time

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Orders are processed within 3-5 working days following your purchase. After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with all the shipping details.

Shipping Time

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the US, there are no additional charges for shipping your items. For all orders, the transit time is typically between 6-10 shipping days. Please note that our business days are from Monday to Friday, and we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

While we can definitely ship to Alaska and Hawaii, please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes or Military Addresses.

Shipping Delays

Although we aim for your order to arrive within the estimated shipping timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes result in delays. These can include adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or unexpected increases in shipping volume. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at sales@tezkina.com. We will do our best to update the shipping information before the order is dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
